Abstract:
In today's world, the number of automobiles produced is increasing every year. People purchase passenger cars, at the same time every organization seeks to make profit. Customer focus in various spheres of automobile business is necessary for realization of goods and services, as well as to meet the needs of society as a whole. The article analyzes the methods of attracting customers in the automotive business, presents examples of implementation of programs to increase car sales.
