In recent years, the role of the employee in the organization has been rethought, as well as the identification of the necessary conditions for the transition to a human-oriented management paradigm. In many ways, the possibility of such a transition depends on the interpretation of the concept of «employer's value proposition» by specialists in the field of human resource management. In the article, we set ourselves the task of identifying whether the most important components of social development are included in the employer's value proposition
