Abstract:
This study is devoted to the analysis of the role of human resource management in the context of increasing organizational effectiveness. Special attention is paid to developing a competent workforce, motivating and committing employees, and developing their professional competencies. Research methods include case studies of successful companies, surveys of employees and managers, and a literature review on the topic.
