Abstract: 
The article provides an overview of current trends in HR marketing and the role of digital technologies in its development. Based on an analysis of key terms, the authors examine the use of social networks in employer branding and the utilization of digital tools to strengthen its position in the labor market. In conclusion, the challenges and prospects for the development of this area are discussed.
