Abstract:
the article discusses the concept of remote work from the point of view of various scientific schools, its main components and features. The main challenges and prospects that companies face when managing remote personnel are presented, and the opportunities that remote work opens up to increase employee productivity and satisfaction are identified. In the text of the article, the authors analyzed the statistics of the remote work format in real time in Russia. As a result of the study, the authors, based on the analyzed information, presented conclusions about the connection between the efficiency of the organization and the introduction of a remote work system.
