Abstract:
In the modern world, where competition in various spheres is becoming increasingly fierce, an important factor of success and long-term development of any organization is the loyalty of its personnel. Only a coherent structure of employee interaction based on knowledge, skills and experience can lead a company to success. The article analyzes the current situation in the labor market and reveals such a pressing problem as staff shortage, which does not allow companies to develop in the current realities.
