Abstract:
The article presents a theoretical and empirical analysis of the phenomenon of human potential in the context of the activities of modern enterprises. A comparative analysis of existing management strategies allowed the author to identify priority areas for the development of human potential, factors and limitations of this process. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the network structure of society on the activities of enterprises and the possibility of realizing human potential in its innovative transformations. The author has proven that the development of human potential of modern enterprises overcomes the contradiction between the depersonalization of functional-role relations between staff and individuals in determining the achievement of specific performance results; between the needs of personnel for new knowledge, technology, culture and organization of production and the technological backwardness of the means of labor, the conditions for its modernization and transition to a new technological structure.
