Modern social practices are characterized by a high level of uncertainty and instability. In this regard, the heads of enterprises and organizations are faced with a number of contradictions that do not allow them to provide innovative solutions for personnel management. As a result, the author of the article aims to analyze modern management practices based on the reports presented at the XIII All-Russian exhibition on personnel management, which was held on April 20-21 in St. Petersburg.
