Pro-customer efficiency assessment of public services

Abstract: 
Further modernization of public services in Russia requires assessment of its current results. This work offers a comprehensive approach to develop both the assessment methodology and a communicative environment that creates an effective demand for evaluation results. In practice the methodology served as a basis for out pilot Pubic services assessment Index in Russia with 2000 Russians being interviewed in 2021, March.
