Behavioral commitment of personnel in the strategy of innovative enterprises development

The article considers the problem of behavioral commitment of personnel in the strategies of development of innovative enterprises, ensuring self-actualization of social and professional results, achieving results in innovative development of enterprises, systematization of factors and limitations of formation of behavioral principles, theoretical and empirically proves the need to develop strategic systems of human-oriented management, creation of professional relations of various social and professional groups of enterprises and a comfortable environment for implementation of professional activities.

 

Digital development of the regions of Belarus with eyes of its population

Discussed are the results of assessment of the digital development of the regions of Belarus in 2024, which confirm the main benchmark – a focus on the regions. The opinions of their residents, in particular, their satisfaction with digital services served the basis for assessing the digital development of the administrative-territorial units. Employing this indicator enabled to assess the digital state of each region of the republic and identify the most and least developed among them. The three most developed include Minsk, Grodno and Vitebsk regions, the majority of their representatives are satisfied with the digital services of the region. The digital infrastructure is less developed in Brest, Minsk and Mogilev regions, even less – in Gomel region. Uncovered is a negative correlation between the level of satisfaction with digital services and inability to assess these services due to the lack of need or opportunity for residents to use them. The results obtained can be applied to for developing specific measures for further development of each region of Belarus and improving its digital ecosystem.

The article is devoted to the definition of system-wide indicators of personnel motivation in the context of human-oriented management of enterprises and organizations. The initial positions towards production motives in the process of collective activity and the social mechanism for activating personnel involvement in solving socially significant problems are considered.

 

Meaning-based management in the social risk control system of the organization

The article theoretically and empirically substantiates the importance of value-motivational meanings of employees' activities in the social risk management system. The results of the study (N700) are presented, demonstrating the limitation of the possibility for employees to implement a number of life support and viability growth meanings. This indicates that employees' activities may be perceived by them as meaningless, which creates prerequisites for the emergence of social risks. The following areas of social and organizational-managerial responsibility in social risk management based on the formation of personal meanings are proposed.

 

Transformation of professional logistics roles in the context of digitalization: the experience of Central Market LLC

The article examines the changes in the professional roles of a logistician under the influence of digitalization, using the example of the activities of Central Market LLC. The key stages of a logistician's work are presented, as well as the introduction of AI tools, including demand forecasting, route optimization, and real-time monitoring. According to Rosstat, in 2024, the volume of transport and logistics services in Russia amounted to 8.5 trillion rubles, and the share of digital solutions increased by 34%. The article highlights the need for new digital competencies: the demand for logistics analysts has grown by 67%, and the use of AI has increased the efficiency of companies by 42%.

 

Integration of sustainable practices into construction project management

This article examines the essence of sustainable practices and their applicability to construction project management. The world's sustainable practices integrated into the construction industry, such as certification systems and environmental management, are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of specific certification systems, challenges and tasks solved by environmental management were identified, and the consequences of their implementation in construction projects were analyzed.

 

The influence of cultural differences in communication on the formation of feedback in the organization

The article examines the influence of cultural differences in communication on the process of formation and perception of feedback in intercultural communications in international companies. Based on the analysis of the study by G. Hofstede and the model by E. Mayer, the influence of cultural characteristics on the style of communication, the perception of negative and constructive feedback is studied. In conclusion, recommendations are given for specialists working in an international environment to improve the feedback process taking into account cultural characteristics.

The article is devoted to the problems of professional development and the possibilities of their solution. The theoretical aspects of the professional development of staff are considered, as well as the main problems related to the professional development of employees are raised. The combination of these approaches is considered as a key moment in solving the problems of professional staff development.

The role of the Southern Federal University in the scientific and technological development of the region

The article explores the transformational role of the Southern Federal University as a key actor in the scientific and technological development of the region through the prism of the sociology of education and economic sociology. Based on the analysis of reporting data for 2024 and the application of an institutional approach, the implementation of the university's "third mission" is revealed, including the formation of social capital, the development of innovative ecosystems and professional communities. The study identifies the mechanisms of the university's influence on regional development through strategic initiatives ("Boiling Point", startup movement, industrial collaborations), and also analyzes the contradictions between the commercialization of education and its social function. Special attention is paid to scenario forecasting of the university's role in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.

The social aspects, legal foundations, organizational structures, forms, and methods of municipal property management are examined. Special attention is paid to economic aspects, statistical data for 2023-2024, as well as problems and prospects of governance development. Based on the analysis of official statistics and regulations, key challenges are identified. Measures on digitalization, transparency and integration with sustainable development programs are proposed to improve the efficiency of municipal property management.

The paper is oriented toward understanding the reality of data gathering and statistical analysis in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the exponential data growth and machine learning development. Study of value-motivational meanings of the activities of teaching staff

Currently, the secondary education system is experiencing a severe staff shortage: there is a lack of teaching personnel in general education institutions. This field is becoming insufficiently attractive for both young graduates and more experienced teachers, which makes investigating the reasons for this problem particularly important. In the context of developing the concept of human-centered personnel management, it is vital to analyze the existing opportunities for the realization of meaningful professional activities. Identified problematic areas necessitate further improvement of personnel and social policies implemented in educational institutions. The implementation of a set of appropriate measures will, in the long term, help resolve the pressing issues of attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel in the general education school system. The statistics of the most significant factors that influence the choice of work in the specialty «teacher» is given. The article describes the conditions contributing to the successful adaptation of young specialists and solving the main problems of young teachers. The existing support measures for young teachers in the Russian Federation are mentioned.

Narrative plots about the Cossacks in school textbooks of regional history

The article analyzes the narrative patterns by which regional history textbooks construct the portrayal of the Cossacks. A content analysis of six textbooks (grades 5–10) was conducted using text mining tools, including TF-IDF and graph analysis, with the help of the R with IDE RStudio and Gephi. The study concludes that the textual image of the Cossacks is primarily used to construct the regional identity of Krasnodar region residents, while its characteristics vary across different textbooks.

The influence of digitalization on sociological theory and practice is considered, including the transformation of methods of data collection and analysis under the influence of information technologies. Particular attention is paid to the role of artificial intelligence and neural network technologies as research tools in the digital age. The work identifies the advantages and limitations of using digital tools in sociological research.

 

Motivation of work activity among students of medical university

The article examines the features of motivation for the work of students of medical universities in modern socio-economic conditions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the quality of training of medical personnel and solve the problem of personnel shortage in health care, namely in public medical institutions. A theoretical and methodological analysis of the factors influencing the motivation of students, as well as an empirical study using a survey of 168 students from 14 medical universities in Russia was conducted. It was revealed that the leading motives for students' work are humanistic motives: public benefit, belonging to a social group and public recognition, while material motivation plays a less significant role. The results obtained made it possible to recommend the development of comprehensive measures to support and develop the motivation of students of medical universities, especially during critical periods of study, in order to improve their professional orientation and readiness to work in the public sector of the health care system.

The article examines the role of innovation in the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of medical organizations. The key directions of the introduction of innovative technologies in the field of healthcare are analyzed. The impact of innovative solutions on the quality and accessibility of medical services, optimization of internal business processes and strengthening of the market position is considered, the importance of innovations for ensuring long-term success in a dynamic market is confirmed.

 

Image assessment and brand development of the Altai territory

The article examines the current image of the Altai Krai and analyzes key directions of its positioning as a region attractive for tourism and investment. The household, socio-economic, investment, political, and cultural images of the region are identified and characterized, revealing contradictions and problematic issues. Special attention is paid to the insufficient dissemination of information about the region and weak communication channels, which hinder the formation of a positive political image. Based on a survey conducted among residents and non-residents, the study investigates the perception of the Altai Krai brand, confirming the dominant association of the region with the agricultural sector. The study results provide a foundation for further development of the region's branding and promotion strategy.

 

Analysis of the features of the Victory Day Holiday. 80th anniversary of Victory.

For the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, celebrated in Russia in 2025, an all-Russian online survey and focus group discussions were conducted. Within the focus groups, special attention was paid to the young age category. During the comprehensive sociological study, the value and emotional attitudes of Russians towards May 9 were analyzed, and trends in the preservation and transformation of the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War in modern Russian society were recorded.
